Limski kanal used to be a border between Pulas and Porečs ager but today it is the border between Vrsar and Rovinj.This luxurious five star villa is built in a contemporary style, offering lots of facilities for your relaxation. It sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, and it can accommodate extra two auxiliary staff.The villa with its 680 m2 is situated at the 3.780 m2 of property, where landscape and vegetation give extraordinary feeling of connection with nature. Location of the Villa near the sea, crystal blue sea and amazing view gives you opportunity to relax and enjoy. Because of its size and luxury, the Villa can be used for business meetings, unique private gatherings, romantic holidays and so on.
The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, TV and stereo surround system, fully equipped kitchen with bar, dining area with a table for 10 people. In addition, at guests disposal are gym spa area, and a billiard room with lounge area. All 5 bedrooms are with a double bed, but in one bedroom the beds can be separated. Furthermore, the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom each, with a shower and a tub.
